Wimberley Community Civic Club (WCCC) 2023 Nonprofit Funding

In May, WCCC will award funding of up to $5000 each to local nonprofit organizations serving the Wimberley area (zip code 78676).  Organizations that can confirm their 501(c)(3) status will be eligible.  WCCC does not award funds to schools, religious organizations, or political organizations. Due to the number of applications received and limited funding, preference is given to local organizations over local chapters of state or national organizations.

The following criteria will be used in determining which organizations will receive funds and how much:

  • Extent to which the organization’s use of WCCC funds (in the past year and proposed) is consistent with the WCCC values of improving life for the Wimberley community and its residents;

  • Need; and

  • Extent of support the applicant has given WCCC in the past year (e.g., volunteering, donating items for silent auctions, etc.).

To access the application for WCCC 2023 funding, you may click on this application link or cut and paste https://forms.gle/A5TnwD15RwEQ4G1m8 into your browser.

Applications may be submitted between March 1 and March 17, but the application will be visible online before March 1 so organizations can see what will be required and be able to begin preparing their responses.

If you have any questions, please send them via email to Elaine Cardenas at Elacard@aol.com. Please put “WCCC Funding” in the subject line.
