Enjoy mysteries and TX shows like Bones and CSI? Ever wonder about the work done at the Freeman Ranch off of Ranch Road 12? Visitors are NEVER permitted at Freeman Ranch, but we are invited to have a special tour of the Texas State University Forensic Anthropology Center. Our visit will include a basic overview talk on forensic anthropology and a tour of the well equipped indoor skeletal laboratory. Housed in a lovely bright facility conveniently located off campus on Old RR12, we are just three minutes from Wake the Dead Coffee Shop. Join in on this fascinating tour and then an optional coffee break and/or snack. Attendees must be 18 years and older due to university requirements.
