About the event
"Stayin' Alive" - Learn CPR! Has it been 5 or more years since you took a CPR class... you need a refresher! Learn to respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies by performing chest compressions and rescue breaths, using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and handling choking and other first aid situations. Get hands-on training and simulations to provide participants with the skills and confidence to provide immediate care in an emergency until professional help arrives.
